If you are not satisfied with a diamond or gemstone or a piece of diamond or gemstone jewellery that you have purchased at Anelli.uk you may return it within 30 days. For orders of £15.000 and above, you are only able to return your order within 14 days.
Providing that you return your product(s) undamaged within the prescribed return period, we guarantee a full refund of the purchase price without any further questions. This does not affect your rights according to Clause.

At Anelli.uk, we will offer you a free size adjustment on your ring purchase, as long as it is claimed within 30 days from the date of purchase. This guarantee does not apply to bespoke rings.

The Anelli.uk designs their jewels mainly in the goldsmith’s workshop on Via Margutta in Rome, Italy, and the artisanal manufacturing is then carried out in the goldsmith’s workshop in Hatton Garden, London, England. We pride ourselves in being a British company that manufactures its jewellery in England. It is precisely for this reason that our jewellery is marked by the London Assay Office.
